About the client
Greenovate! Europe (G!E) is a not-for-profit network of organisations dedicated to supporting sustainable innovation. They contribute to the creation of an environmentally and socially sustainable economy in Europe by developing sustainability projects, supporting researchers to promote and advance their research results, and helping entrepreneurs and policy-makers to take them up for real impact.
The initial challange
The FertiCovery project required a future-proof digital platform that could speak to both policy makers and practitioners across Europe. With a tight deadline and complex subject matter, the goal was to translate a technical EU initiative into an accessible, visually engaging website that could centralise communications and grow over time. The site needed to host a structured archive of case studies and resources, showcase project updates, and reflect the collaborative work of an international consortium. With a 2032 visibility target, it also had to be scalable, adaptable, and easy to manage by the communications team after launch. The challenge: build a compelling website under 8 weeks that is both rich in functionality and beautifully branded.
Our solution
Boostern responded with a streamlined strategy-to-launch sprint, delivering a full-featured site in just under two months. Built on WordPress using Elementor for flexibility, the site includes a dynamic News & Events feature with filters, an interactive case study archive, and a structured resource hub sorted by category. The homepage brings FertiCovery’s mission to life with a responsive carousel and rich visual storytelling, all wrapped in a modern, accessible interface aligned with project branding. We designed 11 custom page templates to accommodate diverse content formats and ensured an intuitive backend experience for long-term ease of use. With scalable design, smart filtering, and lightning-fast turnaround, the FertiCovery website is now a strategic tool for visibility, engagement, and policy impact.
