IMSS Survey Design

Case study

Our team partnered with EMSP to craft a comprehensive visual identity for the IMSS project, which included the development of a new logo, creation of brand guidelines, and the art direction and design of all stationery elements. The visual identity was designed to align with EMSP’s existing colour palette and overall brand aesthetic, while introducing a range of creative enhancements. Notably, we integrated swirl gradients to evoke a sense of progress and movement, using colour as a dynamic storytelling element within the broader visual narrative. In addition to the core branding, we designed 23 country-specific factsheets summarising survey results for each participating country. We also delivered over 20 social media templates, fully editable for multilingual adaptation. All outputs featured a bespoke, hand-drawn icon set and custom flat vector illustrations, tailored to reinforce the visual identity and enhance user engagement.

About the client

The European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP) is a Pan-European umbrella organisation with over 30 years of expertise. They work together with 43 members organisations from 37 countries and our partners to ensure that the more than one million people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) in Europe, have a real voice in determining their own priorities. Between 2019-2023 EMSP hired us to design their printed annual report and to prepare an interactive web-based implementation of the same document.
